Who we are

Skill Will is a coding and future skills programme for children aged 6 to 17. Until the Skill Will company is registered, the website is operated by its founder, Benjamin Uwaigbe. You can contact us about privacy at any time at hello@myskillwill.com.

What we collect

When a parent books a free class we collect: the parent’s name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the child’s age (never the child’s name), city, country, preferred class language and any message the parent chooses to write.

When a school contacts us we collect: the school’s name, the contact person’s name, role, work email, optional phone number, number of students, city, country and their message.

The Skill Will Studio prototype saves a child’s progress only in their own web browser. It is not sent to us.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your request, arrange a free class or prepare a school proposal. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit a form. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase, hosted in São Paulo, Brazil. The website is hosted by Vercel. Email is handled through Cloudflare and Google. These providers process data only to run these services for us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless your child enrols, in which case we keep what is needed to provide the programme. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under data protection laws such as Brazil’s LGPD and the European GDPR, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email hello@myskillwill.com and we will respond within 15 days.

Children

Our forms are for parents, guardians and schools. Children should not submit them. We ask only for a child’s age, so that we can suggest the right programme.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
